Welcome to Swindon bowling club – one of the oldest bowling clubs in Swindon. Based near to the town centre and hosting six outdoor rinks, we are proud to enjoy a long and successful history.
New members, young and old, both bowling and social are always welcome. A qualified coach is on hand to teach interested parties the Sport of Bowls.

First established in 1908, Swindon Bowls Club competes in local and county bowls matches, as well as internal club competitions.
From those early beginnings, the club has evolved into a Sport and Licensed Social Club, where members and their guests can relax in pleasant and convivial surroundings.
For all members, during the year, there are various social activities, for example, quiz and bingo nights for their enjoyment and entertainment.
We encourage bowls members of all age groups, origins, genders and abilities. Coaching is available, along with the necessary equipment.
